CIBUS 2024: Pizzami is coming!

A new edition of CIBUS is just around the corner, and we are looking forward to meeting you!
In fact, Pizzami will attend the 22nd edition of the International Food Exhibition, which will be hosted in Parma from 7th to 10th May.

What is Cibus?

Cibus is the name of the International Food Exhibition, the most important fair dedicated to the Italian agri-food sector. During the exhibition, the institutions, trade associations, companies and professionals of the Made in Italy agri-food market meet to define strategies for the future of the food industry.  Cibus is a B2B event for professionals in the agri-food sector, including Large Retail, Ho.Re.Ca & Food Service, Wholesale Importers, Independent Retail, and national and international Normal Trade. Cibus takes place in the city of Parma, in the heart of the Food Valley, famous all over the world for the excellence of its gastronomic products. The Cibus event takes place in the ‘Fiere di Parma’ area, which has been the venue for the show and its exhibitors for many years.

CIBUS 2024: When & Where?

Let’s begin with “When“: Cibus will take place in Parma from 7 to 10 May. The exhibition will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on the last day (10th May) when the last entrance will be at 1 p.m. and the exhibition will close at 3 p.m. You will need to buy a ticket to enter, which will cost around €80.  As for the ‘Where‘: Cibus takes place, as we have already said, at the “Fiere di Parma” area (you can find out more about it by clicking here). There are several pavilions, as the exhibition is a very large one. We will be in Hall 3, stand D 061.

Pizzami brings the gastronomic heritage of the puffy pizza crust to the gluten-free community with its new ‘Neapolitan Style’ Margherita. This pizza has a high and airy crust, a thin base and a simple topping – all the hallmarks of authentic ‘pizza verace’. Pizzami’s recipe ensures maximum flavor and digestibility through the use of high-quality ingredients and a unique and innovative production method.

Beetroot “HIGH-CRUST” Pizza Base

With the new BEETROOT PIZZA BASE, Pizzami has created an innovative and original product with a nod to tradition, ideal for gourmet pizzas that will convince you from the first bite. This pizza base has a high, perfectly ‘Neapolitan’ cornicione and a soft, fragrant dough. Its bright magenta colour is a real eye-catcher. Beautiful and delicious, but also healthy: GLUTENFREE, 100% vegan, CLEAN LABEL, rich in vitamins, fibre and minerals, it is a health elixir!

Pinsa “Garlic Bread” BUTTER Edition

Pizzami’s Garlic Butter Pinsa is a modern twist on the classic Italian dish. It is 100% gluten-free, with a crispy crust and a soft inside, intense and delicious in every bite. The dough is light and easily digestible, enriched with a delicious butter, garlic and parsley cream. A delight for the palate, a culinary journey between Roman Pinsa flavours and the irresistible taste of American Garlic Bread. Vegan option available.

VEGAN Pizza Margherita

Pizzami presents a VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE, allergen and lactose-free version of its iconic Margherita Pizza. The pizza, which perfectly replicates the texture of traditional mozzarella, is made with high-quality ingredients and topped with Italian tomatoes. Aquafaba, a chickpea-based preparation rich in fibre and protein and low in calories, is used as the ‘cheese’. When baked, the cheese melts and becomes translucent and stringy, just like traditional mozzarella.
