By now you know all about her: extra virgin olive oil (which on the grill gives that luscious crust that keeps the inside soft), the microfiltered seawater that balances the salt by reducing its use, not to mention the typical bubbles, which toast with the high temperatures of charcoal or gas, created by skillful hand ironing.
But did you also know that it is perfect as a gourmet bruschetta? Cherry tomatoes cut in half, a drizzle of oil, and a smear of garlic on the surface guarantee a bruschetta in a workmanlike manner!
Not to mention that pinsa can also be garnished with grilled vegetables such as zucchini, finished with cheeses that melt to perfection or any ingredients you want to use to give that extra touch to your restaurant, pizzeria or diner.

How to cook our Pinsa Base to perfection? We recommend the use of a soapstone or pizza stone, obviously dedicated to gluten-free foods, on which to place the pinsa by itself or in an anti-contamination aluminum tray. It is also possible to place it on the actual grill, making sure that it does not come in contact with open flames but is cooked only with the heat of the coals.

- Frozen product, packaged with transparent flowpack;
- Refrigerated product (+4°), packaged with ATM plastic, also with supply of aluminum anti-contamination tray.
