ITALFREE’S GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA BASE

“ITALFREE” gluten-free pizza base is a precooked frozen product, specifically formulated for celiacs but not only. It’s without allergens and it’s VEGAN. Available in 30 cm format for the HORECA channel in a single flowpack with or without an aluminum tray. The aluminum tray is practical for baking avoiding contamination.

Caratteristiche Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

Rice starch, corn starch, sea water, water, potato starch, rice flour, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, legume flour (peas), vegetable fiber (potato, rice, psyllium, flax, lemon, pea), sugar, millet flour, panel of flax seed oil, salt, fresh brewer’s yeast, natural aromas. Thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Raising agents: glucono delta-lactone, sodium acid carbonate.
