PizzaMI brings you the 100% GLUTEN-FREE Pinsa Margherita to allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy the real Italian Pinsa, in the Margherita version with tomato, lactose-free mozzarella and oregano.

The quality is guaranteed by the presence of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the 24-hour leavened and highly moisturised dough, the exclusive use of SOUR DOUGH, according to the recipe of our master bakers, inspired by tradition but with a wink to innovation and wellbeing, and the special manual stretching of the Pinsa, before the topping with 100% Italian tomato and lactose-free mozzarella.

INGREDIENTI

Base 74%: Water, Corn starch, sourdough 13% (rice flour, water, preservative: citric acid), rice
starch, corn flour, extr- virgin olive oil 3%, vegetable fibres (pea, psyllium, bamboo, linseed, rice, potato, potato
alpha dextrin), sugar, salt, thickener: hydro-xypropyl-methylcellulose, sunflower seed oil, pea flour, natural
flavours, millet flour, flaxseed panel flour, buckwheat flour, yeast, leavening agents: glucono delta lactona,
sodium acid carbonate.
Topping 26%: tomato sauce 53.5% (tomato puree, salt), Lactose-free mozzarella 46% (Lactose-free milk, salt,
microbial rennet, milk enzymes), oregano.
