PizzaMI’s gluten-free pizza base is a precooked frozen product, specifically formulated for celiacs but not only. It’s without allergens and it’s VEGAN. It’s available in 30 cm format for RETAIL in a packaging with a strong appeal, which communicates the benefits of the product; for the HORECA channel is available in single flowpack with or without aluminum tray. The aluminum tray is practical for baking avoiding contamination. Available with organic recipe also in GOURMET format. A high and soft pizza base ideal to garnish with precious fillings.
Rice starch, corn starch, sea water, water, potato starch, rice flour, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, legume flour (peas), vegetable fiber (potato, rice, psyllium, flax, lemon, pea), sugar, millet flour, panel of flax seed oil, salt, fresh brewer’s yeast, natural aromas. Thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Raising agents: glucono delta-lactone, sodium acid carbonate.
