The gluten-free pizza base PizzaMI is a pre-cooked frozen product specifically formulated for coeliacs and others. It is allergen-free and VEGAN. Available in 30 cm format for RETAIL in a packaging with a strong appeal, emphasising all the pluses of the product: the use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the addition of micro-filtered Mediterranean Sea Water, thanks to which the added salt content is limited, the long and natural leavening (48 hours) that allows a low yeast content in the dough.
